Angel

A knight is not the right one. A knight leaves for fighting dragons and all he brings back is treasures and a dragon's head. An angel stays and cares, comforting and warm.
A Tear In My Cosmic Armor

This is dedicated to Christine, who, most often, uncannily comes up with the exact, right words when I need them.
This was created in photoshop. It is actually a landscape silhouette that I have rotated 90 degrees clockwise, duplicated, and then flipped the duplicate. I then placed the layered images on a black layer so that I could move the layers closer together to create the effect of a tear. The setting sun in each image merges together to make a whole. The places where blue light appears to be seeping through were created by using a layer mask with each image, and erasing away part of each away. The jagged edges are actually silhouetted vegetation.
Wanted to make sure this was not mistaken for an actual photograph.
