OK, I switched back to Evergreen Lake today. I just took the 500mm with me and while I had the extenders with me I didn't use them. I also left the tripod at home. I was hoping to sneak a shot of an egret, but they were no where to be seen today.
Anyway, I got these guys as they were taking off.

Dawson Lake Reflection

This is my favorite area of Moraine View State Park / Dawson Lake. This is shot from a platform that has been built out into the lake a few yards. It's a great place to spend the afternoon.
