Description

Camellia sasanqua is a fall-blooming sun-loving camellia. Its relatives include winter-blooming shade-loving Camellia japonica, oil-producing Camellia oleifera, and Camellia sinensis, the tea plant, whose leaves and leaf buds are used to produce tea we drink every day. The young leaves of Camellia sasanqua also used as additives for some fancy japanese teas.
