The IRAM 30m is the most sensitive millimetric range radio telescope in the world, and it is located on the top of the Dilar hill in the shoulders of Pico Veleta, the second highest of Sierra Nevada.

The picture shows the 30m-diameter dish with the open vertex and the pods holding the secondary mirror.
